Nu är vi hemma efter allt för mycket mat och alltför mycket kladdkaka med glass. Jag kunde inte nöja mig med en bit utan var tvungen att ta….tre! Den sista åt jag till och med som en macka. Min mage känns överfull just nu. Nu ska jag spendera lite tid på balkongen, precis som igår, och sedan blir det nog en springtur tror jag. / We´re home after too much lunch and way too much dessert. I couldn´t settle for just one piece of mudcake with icecream, I had… three! And the last piece I ate with my hands. My stomach feels bloated. I plan to spend the rest of the afternoon on my balcony and maybe go for a run later.

You are so adorable. Your experience with mudcake sounds very much like one I shared with the Black Forest Cake covered with cherries that my family bought me for my birthday a few years ago. When no one was around I scraped all of the yummy preserve-covered cherries off the top, then placed the remainder of the cake in the refrigerator. Needless to say, no one touched the cake again. But it certainly was yummy! 🙂
